Redeemer University Auditorium – Ancaster, ON

Over the past months Redeemer University took on the task to revitalize the Auditorium on campus. The Auditorium is primarily used for, concerts, theatrical presentations, dance competitions, and worship services.

Most recently, to promote social distancing during the pandemic the auditorium has been used as a classroom as well. Forum Athletic and Irwin Seating were chosen to provide a more modern and updated seating option for the space. The new installation included 910 – Citation chairs to maximize capacity and comfort.

The layout also included 120 square inch tablet arms on chairs in designated sections within the orchestra to benefit students during classes. New considerations to meet AODA regulations allowing accessibility for those with disabilities were also included in the renovation. With the transformation complete, the space looks fantastic. Forum and Irwin Seating were certainly proud to a part of this project.
